When we find something that is beneficial to our health, we want to share it with our family and friends. Like how deep meditation can be a life-changing discovery for us, we'd love for others to be able to experience its wonders as well.
The pressures of our daily lives can be extremely difficult to deal with. Social media, family conflicts, work-related stress, anxiety, or simply life itself can all have an impact on our mental health.
Meditation provides numerous benefits in our lives.
The meditation practice will help you feel more connected, relaxed, and efficient in your daily life. Whether it's crossing everything off your to-do list, becoming ultra-focused, or attracting specific opportunities, clients, or abundance into your life.
And you may want people to come and join you on that path…
Most people (possibly even you when you started) may think that it’s hard or that they won’t be able to do it. Help them find out that this is not the case at all.
Making them believe in the wonders of your discovery will not be easy. The majority of people are pretty sceptical of meditation and its benefits.
Many of us might even find that almost no one in our circle wants to follow along - our colleagues, friends, or family.
And this can affect some of us.
Especially if you’re accustomed to doing things together with people.
Here are a few reasons why some people don’t meditate:
- they think they wont be able to quieten their mind
- they don’t think they could sit still long enough
- they feel they don’t have time
- they are unsure of the benefits
So how does anyone know meditation is the real thing?
Allow them to see how you exude positivity.
They will be curious as to how you achieved such a state and will want to try
meditating themselves soon.
Nothing is more convincing than witnessing the outcomes of this practice with their own eyes.
Meditation retreats are an excellent way to get them started on their journey.
It will provide them with revitalising experiences and may assist them in breaking free from limiting beliefs that are holding them back to be able to gain a clearer vision of their life's purpose.
In the retreats that I facilitate, we use an ancient sequence of yoga, breathwork and meditation to upgrade the mind, and body.
Many attendees of my programs and retreats even often find themselves discovering a new world of relationships and possibilities.
Some of us may still feel a little alone on the journey and that’s totally okay.
I genuinely feel a lot of compassion for people who’re focused and consistent on their path.
If you could see the impact and inspiration you bring to the world once they see the positive results of meditation in you...
You would be so proud of yourself.
With time, they will also indefinitely overcome the hurry, rush and stress of daily life with you. Breakthrough, and unlock a new way of living life.
But of course it all starts with you doing meditation to find your inner peace, remedy your stress, get better sleep and so much more.
