According to Rhonda Byrne: "Choose your thoughts carefully. You are a masterpiece of your life."
The universal Law of Attraction states that the kind of thoughts and attitudes you have will attract events that will make them a reality.
As a result, if you think positively, you will attract only positive energy and events. If you think negatively, you will experience only negative outcomes. Think positively, and it will come true.
Opposites do not attract; rather, a positive attitude attracts a positive outcome.
If you have a positive, empowering perception about yourself…
That's just the kind of person you’d attract.
And this actually reminded me of a very recent coaching call I had with a client.
They were finding themselves constantly attracting individuals who were ‘unsavoury’.
This is actually pretty common for individuals especially after they’ve hit a certain level of success.
So… I took a few deep breaths.
And I shared my honest thoughts with the client.
I told him what he was facing had very much to do with the law of attraction.
Specifically - as it applies to our relationships.
See…
If you don't feel worthy.
Have unproductive habits.
And often think disempowering thoughts about yourself.
Then, it’s inevitable that you’re going to attract a person of a certain nature.
But it’s also true for the opposite.
If you’re able to hold a space of better standing - live a conscious life and ingrain positive habits into your character.
You’ll start attracting people of a far higher calibre…
And what often follows is a life with a lot more miracles and full of love.
It’s a matter of evolving into the highest form of Self you know you can be, and deserve to be.
If this message resonated with you, then you might find this quote I posted a while back relevant.
It’s tempting to want to find a ‘saviour’ to cloak and camouflage the parts of us that need work.
We can't let you be saved by someone who will make you feel good about yourself in the relationship.
Instead…
You need to do the work personally yourself.
And then it’s only a matter of time as all the perfect people start making their way into your life in abundance!
Here's what you can do to cultivate a positive attitude toward yourself and the world as a whole...
Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and simply be mindful or fully aware of the moment. Then, gradually focus on your mind itself, filtering out all external distractions. What remains is a peaceful silence and a calming stillness.
Apart from cultivating positivity, mindful meditation has numerous health benefits. It allows your mind and body to realign and become more in tune, resulting in not only a healthier body but also a healthier mind. This automatically shifts your thoughts to a more positive tone, attracting more positive energy.
You can have control over your thoughts, and what you think about shapes who you are and what you attract. And that little kernel of truth is the mind's secret power.
