I pushed myself so hard doing course after course and devouring book after book to try to get there.
There is no easy way out of anything, which is a lesson I have learned along the way. To bear sweet fruit, everything must follow its natural course. Meditation is one method for achieving a sense of tranquility and overcoming feelings of suffering or being stuck.
