So I am moving house this week… exciting right?
…………….. I know, I know, it seems a tad bit daunting for me too.
Believe it or not, moving house is actually considered the third most stressful event in your life.
The other two being divorce and the death of a loved one.
I can definitely see why…
At first, the realization of moving all the things we have gathered throughout the years was slightly overwhelming.
Maybe it’s just me but do you ever notice….
that there always seems to be certain “bits and bobs” that just get left to the end?
They usually find themselves just getting packed up in a box labelled “random stuff”.
I feel for those guys you know, it’s like that kid who always gets picked last in gym class.
But now, I have come to realize that it’s actually like meditating.
Well, the same way I use meditation to “declutter” my mind…
I am going to use this time with the family to declutter the house…
… and only take the valuables I want to move forward in my life with.Things that are going to help me or I hold a deep connection to.I know all this may seem a bit strange, or you could be thinking…
…and if you feel that way, then you should definitely check out my video.

… is just as liberating as clearing out any unwanted thoughts in your mind.
