One of the most common questions I get as a coach is:
How can I feel less stress & anxiety?
Things like coffee, sugary treats & energetic music may seem like appealing choices in the moment.
But a deeper relief & release can only be truly achieved as we deepen our connections with the Avyakta.
Avyakta is the opposite of the word Vyakta.
In Sanskrit, Vyakta is the world of the manifest.
The world of material wonders & possessions.
Avyakta is the world of the spiritual and the unmanifest.
In Sanskrit, we put the letter ‘a’ in front of the word to imply the opposite meaning.
Now.
And it’s perfectly alright to appreciate the beauty and joy and wonders of the physical world.
Like the flower… the bees… the ocean…
Or even things like ice cream & chocolate.
Of course, they’re all amazing.
The unmanifest is the world of the spiritual, the avyakta, the unmanifest, the formless, the unbounded.
Flowers, bees, the ocean, ice cream, chocolate.
Of course, they're all amazing.
But one of the biggest sources of things like anxiety & stress is the disconnect from the Avyakta.
The formless & the unbounded.
Or also known as the unmanifest, the spiritual world.
That tightness in your neck, the fast breathing and everything else that comes with it start to disappear…
As we experience deeper and deeper levels of the unmanifest or the Avyakta.
And meditation is what will give us the access point through - from the physical world, the Vyakta.
As you get more used to your meditation practice…
You start to experience more and more Avyakta in your daily life. Unlocking a world of miracles, wonders & new possibilities.
